I called Dr. Tiffany a few minutes after a devastating phone call with my vet. She was extremely informative, compassionate, and flexible. She was able to help my dog pass peacefully by the next morning. Her and her nurse were so kind in the process and made our final moments with our beloved dog easier. Euthanizing a dog is an unfortunate event but if I had to go through it again, I’d want Loving Hands to be there.

Putting our little doggie down was such a painful decision and experience for both myself and my husband, as well as, our 2 children (young adults now). We were fortunate to have her with us for almost 15 years and she was truly part of our family. I had 2 friends recommend Loving Hands and now I also have only excellent things to say about them. For such an awful and sad situation, Stephanie and Tiffany made it as sweet and as peaceful as possible. Their compassion for us and their tenderness with our little Roxie was amazing. Our hearts are broken losing her but knowing she peacefully passed away while laying in my arms we find a lot of comfort in that.

I can't recommend Loving Hands enough. Dr. Schneider was quick to respond, kind, compassionate and incredibly understanding of the heartbreaking experience of saying goodbye to our fur baby. Their prices are reasonable and the loving care they provided really helped support us during a really difficult time. I'm so grateful I found them.

Can not say enough positive things about Loving Hands and Tiffany. I had to put down my 17 year old cat recently and the situation turned from, sometime soon, to an emergency overnight. I called Loving Hands first thing in the morning and Tiffany was amazing enough to essentially drop what she was doing and come to my place within the hour. She was so very kind, considerate and compassionate to me and my cat. She gave me space to hold my girl one more time and was just so very caring. Not to mention, she hand delivered her ashes just a short time later. Losing a pet that has been at your side for 17 years is a gut wrenching experience and I felt very comfortable and safe in trusting Tiffany to aid in the situation.

Our cat, Bandit, was very sick and we were bringing her home from the pet hospital for in-home euthanasia. Dr. Tiffany was very responsive. She called me soon after I left a message, and was very communicative throughout our dealings. She was empathetic, kind, and also had encouraging words that there was a possibility that Bandit would improve once she was back at home, so if we needed to cancel or re-schedule her in-home services, she gave us a window of time to do that. Bandit did improve to the point that it wasn’t time yet, and when I called to cancel, again Dr. Tiffany was so kind and genuinely happy for us. Bandit has continued to improve each day. Dr. Tiffany has our deepest gratitude, and when Bandit’s time does come, we would want no one else by her side but her.

Hellow after 18 great years well the time comes ypu pick up the phone that no one wants to make i talked to tiffney made the time she came with staff to your home she told me 1000 percent its time great care thank you for making this ok HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER ! greg dulmage my dog cabo rest in peace.

Dr. Palozzi was incredibly compassionate and caring for our dog. She explained the process and helped make the at home euthanasia process very comforting for our dog, family, and friends. This was an incredibly tough time for us but I couldn’t imagine a better person than Dr. Palozzi to be there with our dog and family. I highly recommend her.

Tiffany and Maria from Loving Hands helped us say goodbye to our beloved scruffy Sander around the beginning of October. They were very compassionate, patient, and informative during the entire process. Despite the terrible circumstances, we couldn't be more appreciative of this type of service being offered. If you're struggling with the decision for at-home euthanasia, know that Loving Hands gave us everything we could have hoped for. The owner was commited to making sure we were taken care of, that all communications were solid, and we are very thankful for that. Much love to all those who are going through a hard loss right now.

It's taken me five months to get around to writing this review, but I couldn't let Loving Hands go without the recognition they deserve. Dr. Palozzi and her veterinary tech - who's name unfortunately escapes me - were so gentle, kind, compassionate, and understanding in helping my wife and me say goodbye to our best friend of the last ten years. Dr. Palozzi was extremely approachable, quick to respond, thorough and thoughtful in preparing, and once everything was all said and done, personally hand delivered her remains. Saying goodbye in our own home was comforting, peaceful, and least stressful way for all of us, and was expertly facilitated by Dr. Palozzi and her team. I really just can't say enough good things about Loving Hands, so please consider consulting them when it comes to saying goodbye to your pets.
